Restocking and Inventory

When is merch restocked?

At the end of every year, we use available budget to place a large merch order for the following year. This is the only time we restock merch, so inventory is limited and intended to last throughout the year. Please be mindful and modest when placing orders to ensure everyone has access to items when needed.

Where does merch ship from?

All items are stored in a warehouse in Philadelphia. When you place an order online, it will be shipped directly from there.

Who manages the warehouse?
The warehouse is managed by our vendor and supplier, DAS (Dynamic Advertising Solutions).

Ordering Process

How are orders approved?

When you place an order, it is sent to Hillary Swimmer for approval. She will review your request and either approve it or reach out to you if adjustments are necessary. If an order is denied, Hillary will provide an explanation and offer alternative solutions.

Can I ship merch internationally?

We only ship within the United States due to shipping costs and customs. 

How much merch can I order?

There is no official limit, but we ask you to:
-Be strategic and mindful with your orders
-Focus on ordering smaller, widely usable items (e.g., pens, stickers).
-Be conservative with high-value or elevated gifting items, reserving them for elite/icon gifting or significant events.

Shipping & Availability

How long does it take for merch to ship?

Orders typically ship within a few business days after Hillary’s approval, depending on processing times at the warehouse. Do not leave merch orders to the last minute.

What if an item I need is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, Hillary or DAS will help you find a suggested replacement or offer alternative ideas.

Special Requests & Support

Can I make special requests or place bulk orders?

For large events or special projects, reach out to Hillary directly to coordinate bulk orders or determine the best approach based on inventory.
